Duties:
 Participation in commissioning and start up process for HVAC equipment on the Infrastructure Dpt. facilities to
complete handover from Construction Dpt. Performing TAB on the HVAC systems and adjusts the air flows
as per project documentation to achieve optimum performance of the buil ding's climatic equipment.
Preparation of the technical reports and punch lists. Collection all updated design and as -built package
documentation by related discipline. Inspection, quality control and acceptance of performed works.
Supervision of defects e limination.
 New p rojects development supervision , control of HVAC systems design and executive (as built)
documentation, consistency check of project with regulations, coordination with authorities.
 Performing modifications of the existing HVAC systems to improve microclimate in the buildings and rooms.
Calculation and installation of new HVAC equipment when changing the purpose of the rooms.
 Arrangement, coordination and supervision of Contractors operation and maintenance activities. Record
management in CMMS systems .
 Scope of works preparation and planning, execution of project statements for contractors, technical evaluation
of tender participants.
 Preparation and entering all data for related equipment by discipline in accordance with as -built drawings in
CMMS database jointly with CMMS Administrator.
 Development, apply and activation of preventive maintenance plans in accordance to approved strategy to all
HVAC equipment in CMMS jointly with CMMS Administrator.
 Collection all required information for sp are parts and materials for further operation and maintenance of
HVAC systems. Develop spare parts and materials list and enter all data to CMMS. Participation and control
for spare parts and materials procurement for all Infrastructure Dpt. facilities. Te chnical evaluation of the
bidder’s proposals.
 Mentoring and training of the beginners (new graduates from local college), development of training plan,
familiarization with equipment, tools and best work practice.

06.2006 – 02.2014. Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V. – Kazakhstan, Aksay, Karachaganak field
Position: HVAC Lead Technician. Central Maintenance Department.
Duties:
 Technical supervision for safe operation and timely repair activities and maintenance of equipment HVAC
system, boilers and gas facilities in administration and process building of KPO b.v.
 Participation in New Projects Development, Installation, Commissio ning and Start -up, Operations and
Maintenance of HVAC systems.
 Engineering support of Installation, Commissioning and Start -up of HVAC systems , Refrigeration equipment ,
Boilers and Gas facilities. Performing air and hydronic measurements and flows adjustment jointly with

vendor.
 Inspection, quality control and acceptance of performed works. Execution of punch -lists, supervision of defects
elimination. Participation on the planned tests of HVAC systems: Air flow measurement, reaction of the HVAC
systems to the F&G alarm signal. Preparation of the test record sheets. Troubleshooting, restart of the HVAC
system after breakdown, repair, shutdown activities. Participation on the planned inspections of boilers and gas
facilities, c hecking of the boiler’s protection devices, trip and alarm systems. Participation jointly with boiler
inspector in the internal and external boiler inspection, hydraulic test. Record management in the CMMS and
boiler’s passports.
 Coordination of works impl ementation with other company departments and contractors.
 Collect data about HVAC equipment. Preparation of job plans according to manufacturer’s guidance.
Preparation of spare parts list and ordering.
 Control of contracts commitments performance by contr actor who is involved to repair and maintenance of
HVAC system.
 Inspection of compliance with occupational safety, environmental safety rules and standards applied during
works carried out by contractors.
 Work with MAXIMO & SAP applications – tracking, ini tiation and close of work orders, prepare and raise
material and services requests. Correction of data on existing equipment (assets), entering of new installed
equipment into the CMMS
