Due to the expansion of our team, we are looking for an active and result-oriented Call Operator with knowledge of Turkish to work in Russia.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving and processing incoming calls from clients in the Turkish language.

• Consultation on the company's services and products.

• Maintaining basic records in a CRM system.

• Transferring information to relevant departments when necessary.

• Compliance with communication standards and corporate ethics.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Turkish (oral and written).

• Basic knowledge of Russian or English will be a plus.

• Good communication skills and stress resistance.

• Confident PC user.

• Call center experience is welcome but not required.
